Interesting but sensationalist
I hope the main pod is interesting - it’s a fascinating topic. But I found the sensationalism of these episodes - “we asked Richard Branson’s spokesperson about one of the lagging boats he used to to get lagging with” and the boorish Hayes’ allusions to Blair being a war criminal and then being asked about helicopter hiring practices kind of ….meh. As I said, the topic is fascinating and I’m sure the team has put in a lot of hard work. But let the story tell itself - don’t embellish it

What a way to open! I have never heard Ken Bates give an interview let alone talk about his time at Chelsea in such depth.

Well done everyone involved with this pod, it’s really good, Chelsea fan of a long long time and this period of our history is often overlooked. Looking forward to the rest in May. Thank you

This podcast is amazing, the quality of the interviewees from the clubs history is top notch. This show covers the exact period when I began supporting Chelsea as a kid so it’s almost like it was made for me, thank you to Ceri, Garry and the team for all their hard work on this show.
