This is number 12 in the podcast series ‘The boating Life’ with Ceri Hurford-Jones as together with Savvy Navvy we go about trying to reduce some of the barriers to boating and hopefully help reduce some of the worries. Once we’ve caught up with them we’ll meet up with the CEO of Savvy Navvy himself, Jelte Liebrand who joins us to share more about the navigation app that’s really changing the way we get out on the water…….first though it’s time to travel up to Scotland and join the crew of the Westerley Sealord ‘Phoenix’ ……… led by skipper Adam, together with Lauren and their Jack Russel, Freddy Jelte Liebrand is the CEO of Savvy Navvy, he's been sailing since he was eight years old when his granddad taught him how to sail. Later in life he took part in the Clipper Round the world race, an experience that led him to the view that things could be a whole lot better for boaters……..!!!
