This weeks, I’ve just listened to whilst out for a run. I’m not stupid, I know the calories deficit and what foods I should be eating etc but what Phil said really struck a cord.
I felt I was failing now I know I need to find my way of doing it consistently. Slowly slowly catchy monkey! All those 1lbs will add up.
