Fitness advice/info for everyone!
Yes Chloe is super fit, yes she is super strong and yes she has the training. But I think what makes following her and listening to these podcasts uplifting rather than undermining is how supportive she is for everyone. She doesn’t expect everyone to suddenly start squatting 60kg five times a week (but go for it if you want to!) Chloe’s message is simple - could you eat a few less calories and move a bit more than you used? How does that make you feel? Good? Well keep going! But her simple message is backed up with evidence and experience. I feel PHENOMONAL since doing the FLB last May, the new book and these podcasts just add to my determination and knowledge.
