Stronger Bones
I am deeply appreciative to Kevin Ellis, the Bone Coach. I have been following his teachings and listening to the many resources that he generously share. I have managed to improve my bone density by following his well researched, tried and tested recommendations. I am eating a healthy diet, practicing yoga, doing weight bearing exercises and balance training. I am 75 years old and yes, the pushing and pulling on my bones has made them stronger. Thank you Kevin for your positive attitude and caring.
