“I am in my 50’s and was diagnosed a couple of months ago with osteoporosis in my spine. I am grateful for this podcast and the education it is providing me to determine what is best for me. I listened to every episode, took notes and then visited a rheumatologist. He immediately jumped to a bisphosonate infusion without any further testing for possible underlying causes. The information I had from this podcast equipped me to ask for testing which he wasn’t going to do. I will take the results from that testing and go elsewhere for medical care.
