Healing From The Loss of A Loved One | The Book Show ft. RJ Ananthi
Description
The most scariest thing isn't the death of us but the people around us. Death of a loved is one of the most dreadful thing we are never ready for and yet the irony is such that all of us would go through this one day or the other no matter how hard it looks. We are taught to celebrate the birth of people but left helpless to mourn the loss of someone. Each of us have our own ways of dealing with a death of our loved ones but no matter how painful it is, we are never alone. We aren't the only going through such pain. Millions and millions of people have walked on this very earth but no one stays forever. If death is such a natural thing, why are we in so much denial when one leaves us forever? How do we heal? Why does it feel so lonely once they leave? How do we overcome it? Is it normal to feel the arising feelings?
