“This is a mildly entertaining podcast if you are in desperate need for a Borgias recap, but the hosts are criminally uninformed. They have NO historical knowledge, and often make conjectures that are completely false. I can forgive historical inaccuracies, but they don't even make much of an attempt to learn the plot of the actual show. Characters are confused, their motives are completely misconstrued. Their discussions are shallow, and often miss the point. It's a bit of a mess. Don't take anything they say as fact, because most of it is way off. Calling the renaissance era the "dark ages" is a pretty good example of how lost these people are when it comes to this time period. It's a shame because I would really like to find a good Borgias' podcast.”
