Worldview is too limited to be an effective coach in 2020
I think this podcast is practical for those who need a simple tip or two to be more efficient as moms in business. Dana has made it very clear that she caters to a particular audience. She takes a neutral stance and silences those who stand for equality, anti-racism and removing barriers for minority business owners unless it fits her narrow confines and insistence on control of how and when minority business women’s voices are heard. I had to leave her Boss Moms Facebook group for this reason and will go elsewhere for more in-depth podcast conversations that will truly help my business. There are so many other podcasts for women that are willing to collaborate with and listen to the concerns of ALL women in business.

I can't say enough about the Boss Mom podcast. Dana & her guests provide so much insight to lady entrepreneurs who juggle both being a boss & a mom! It's a great "kick in the pants" when you need one.Read full review »
