The housing market
Yes a lot of relevant talk about interest rates, affordability, price fluctuation etc etc but, and very weirdly, absolutely no discussion and, presumably therefore awareness of, the ever increasing negative impacts on this (and all) sectors of the Climate Crisis. The obvious, of course, relating to floodplane housing and all housing ability to sustain extreme weather events; also the need for housing to be effectively insulated, carry solar panels, heat pumps and gather rainwater - all this will impact significantly on whether or not the house is future-proofed - all will have an impact on cost and affordability. PLEASE STOP IGNORING THE CLIMATE CRISIS IT WILL NOT BE GOING AWAY
