Incredibly helpful!
This podcast (where callers call in) has been so addictive. Dr. Cloud cuts right to the issue and gives practical wisdom. He won’t allow callers to be vague, helps them have quantifiable goals, and treats them like a father. In learning more about issues like gaslighting and boundaries I’ve found it can disconnect me from the people I’m trying to build trust with, but there is something about hearing others share their struggles that softens my heart and makes me remember we are all humans trying our best to work it out. So thankful for his decades of great work!

Dr Cloud is kind and very methodical with the way he approaches people and problems. His ability to delve into problems and try to help people is very insightful and encouraging to me!

Couldn’t continue listening after one episode. Continually cut women off, laughed at their statements and used condescending tone, victim blamed a woman who shared about her domestic abuse and pending divorce. Absolutely awful. Less than one star.
