In the name of vulnerability, Brad (The Captain) has come together with 2 of his best mates Tye (Phoony) & Joey (The Zoolander) for a series of episodes to tackle some of life’s big questions, topics & the tough stuff that we so often choose to battle in solitude. The aim is to inspire you to connect with your mates in vulnerability & hold space for each other on the foundation of unconditional love & support, whilst encouraging positive mental health.
