Episode 10- Reflecting on wearing the Yellow jersey
Just wanted to comment to say how interesting & insightful this particular podcast was to listen to. Personally, I have grown up watching Brad over the years and have always admired his approach to life both on and off the bike- he is someone I have always looked up to and been able to take inspiration from. This has been for so many reasons, but particularly his ability to articulate such deep & meaningful topics around his life growing up and the impact this has had on his cycling career and other aspects of life. As someone who has struggled with Mental Health and having competed in sport on a high level over the years I feel as though some of what Brad is able to share is very empowering. The insight around the adversity he has faced over the years and how this has shaped his behaviour is fascinating, and the self-awareness to reflect on this is something definitely worth listening to! Just wanted to say thanks to Brad for sharing this and wish him all the best for the future! Will look forward listening to many more podcasts 👍

Format: Matt Stephens asks a long winded question; answers it himself; asks Sir BW to agree with him; repeat... MS needs to learn how to do podcasts as this one could be so much better.
