If you are considering purchasing “The Brain Warrior’s Way”, then I recommend this podcast (“The Brain Warrior’s Way” podcast episode #1). It gives a great summary of the book. You will get a very good sense what is covered in the book and how reading it will help you improve your mood, energy and focus.
