What a smart and incisive podcast.
As I’ve told Ashley Milne-Tyte on Twitter, “You’re doing the Lord’s work.” Her examination of the issues that women face in business is a constant source of new things to think about for me, a man in business. Milne-Tyte’s radio background shines through, as she’s clearly produced this sort of thing before. My main quibble with production values is that she’s not re-recording questions asked in Skype connections or in person. She’s rarely doing a back-and-forth that couldn’t handle patching in better vox for her. One episode had her in person with a directional microphone interviewing her subject while asking questions off-mic, which just sounded bad.
