Very Inclusive
I’m in my early 30s and a woman of color and I find this podcast very relevant to the experiences I and my peer share as we rise the management ladder in the professional world. Milne-Tyre is cognizant of the need to have diverse (racial, ethnic, sexual orientation) viewpoints in her podcast and consistently includes these voices. Each podcast is about 20 minutes, so it’s perfect to listen to it as you’re walking, doing errands or cooking dinner. This podcast is worth a subscribe!!
