“The story is compelling but the constant transitions and ads mixed with the large amounts of characters and their backstories make it hard to keep up. Yes, I’ve paid for the subscription and relistened to episodes but I’m always left with more questions. My suggestions would be to make a transition into the commercials so that we know. Limit jumping to new characters without answering questions from the previous episodes. Very hard trying to keep up.”
