Description
In this episode, I answer a question submitted through Ask BIT: “What do I do when all I want to do is run away from all the demands?” To answer this question, I address both the why and what behind that innate need to “run away” - so to speak - when extreme feelings of overwhelm hit during the moments when there is just so much demanding your time, energy, and attention all at once. I share several “quick fixes” that I use when I need a re-set and a protocol that I practice to determine my highest priority tasks when I feel my to-do list is getting too much. Tune into this episode and learn what you can do take control of your to-do list and determine your next best steps so you can grow through your burnout and live a happier, more fulfilled life.
