Who Knew Co-Workers Are Intimidated By My Strengths!
Wonderful conversation, insight, and resources for me to explore how to communicate better with my fellow teachers and administrators. I had no idea they could be intimidated by my strengths. I know that I can come across as ’bossy’ or passionate when it comes to helping my students. I want the people around me to act ’now’ because 180 days is not enough time to makea change. I am not the type of person to sit back a wait for a compromise, but education moves slowly. Now, I need to work on asking the right questions!
