Private equity firms may not need to wait until there’s a change of ownership to exit. It is not uncommon these days for PE firms to sell minority interests back-and-forth among themselves. And, in so doing, essentially create a secondary market, not only for themselves, but perhaps also perhaps for other NFL minority owners who are not professional PE.”
