I strongly believe that much of our healing beings with feeling seen and understood, and what better way to invite that in with grief than to hear the stories, journeys and coping mechanisms of those who are also going through it?  Our first guest is Gina Venetico who's a beauty blogger in Chicago. We connected over Instagram over the loss of our dads, and I felt called to have her on the show due to her incredible outlook on timing within grief. Gina lost her dad 13 years ago, and is just now embracing it head on, healing through therapy and self reflection.
