Description
Feeling nervous before and during an interview is completely normal. It is estimated that over 90% of adults get stressed during the interview process. During the interview, you should always expect to be asked a difficult question such as 'What are your weaknesses?' or 'tell me about yourself?'. Employers ask tough questions like this for a number of reasons. It is important that you are able to break the question down, remain calm and respond.
In today’s episode, we will look at how you can answer some of these difficult interview questions such as ‘tell me about yourself’, and “where do you see yourself in 5 years”. We will also look at the importance of planning, preparation, practice, and positive psychology. We are joined today by our host Sarah Burgess, 10Eighty Director Michael Moran, and external guest Leigh Jones.
