James Muhato serves as Foreign Qualification Recognition Officer within the Government of Prince Edward Island (PEI)’s Department of Workforce and Advanced Learning. Born in Kenya, he moved to Canada in 2009 to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration at University of PEI. Following his graduation, he worked as Policy Analyst and Regional Coordinator with the Government of PEI’s Department of Innovation and Advanced Learning, Research and Program Analyst at the crown corporation Innovation PEI, and has been serving in his current role at the Department of Workforce and Advanced Learning for the last three years. James is passionate about business and entrepreneurship, and has a natural curiosity for understanding how things work.
