Mark completed a PhD specialized in Adult Education and Community Development at University of Toronto, and, in addition to his private practice, he is an adjunct professor at University of Guelph-Humber in the Psychology department, and at Schulich School of Business at York University. Before Covid, Mark was a West Coast Swing, Salsa, and Blues dancer and a Salsa dance instructor, and the co-host of Sidewalk Salsa, a free, open-air dance party in midtown Toronto through the summer.
