“I will give y’all the benefit of the doubt. I understand being a critic and maybe not being a writer/editor. But. For a Zelda podcast, shouldn’t you know a little bit more than you give off? It’s very confusing and kind of weird how y’all are WRITERS or EDITORS for a Zelda website and there’s all this pure criticism and little to no praise for these games. “Given, I love this game but *insert how awful Calamity Ganon or controls or timeline placement was not how I was personally expecting it, therefore can only think this way*.” I just don’t understand. I’ve listened to the last 8 podcasts to hopefully hear some kind of reassuring things, but I feel like I’m just listening to gamers talk about another game called Zelda, instead of Zelda lovers talking about Zelda. And quit with all the hovering around Ocarina of Time! It’s not the only game in this series.
To give a positive... I absolutely ADORE how much y’all love Skyward Sword. It’s a fantastic game.
Please play the other games a few more times than once.
Taylor, Windwaker is amazing. That little kid is not even RELATED to the Hero of Time but still takes matters into his own hands and kicks butt. Also, Zelda as a pirate.
Sven, you’re great, just wish you knew more about some games. But you’re great! I always like your input.
Canada Guy, less about your previous writing and more new topics.
All in all, I don’t wish to be so harsh, but... There are no other Zelda podcasts out there and I REALLY want to like you guys. I will definitely keep listening, and I hope you all don’t take this too hard. I mean it, of course. But. You guys are great! And I hope you all learn more about the games and lore and LIKE THE TIMELINE MORE. :)”
