As a health professional that has two jobs, one days and one nights (not the same days), do you feel that melatonin can be effective as a sleep aid given that it mainly affects the circadian rhythm? Also any advice on how to decrease the hardships of switching between the two shifts? That time period can be brutal some weeks.
