“The term “cat fight” is a tired, old, bygone, offensive, misogynist phrase that should not be used in the 21st century, especially in a podcast claiming to be factual and news-based. Please stop using the term to describing an argument or fight just because women are involved.
The embarrassing dust-up in the House Oversight Committee hearing Thursday night (May 16, 2024) was started by a nasty comment that others had every right to call to strike. I don’t condone representatives on either political side becoming rude or breaking decorum, and I don’t condone calling what happened a “cat fight”!”
