“Voss is a snarky egotist who thinks he’s funny but he’s not. He makes the critical error of thinking that a hostage negotiator is good at anything he tries. He’s a poor interviewer, full of self, lazy questions, dumb attempts at humor, and annoying verbal tics (“there you go!”). Worthwhile only if your goal is to completely waste your time.”
