“Found this podcast right as it was starting through one of the hosts. John and Steve compliment each other very well. They both have such a deep knowledge and love of film and that I was have had to make sure to rewatch a few of the films they mentioned or go out and see the ones I had never watched before. They speak on the right levels, giving insightful historical context and then peeling the film apart to find its core all while being entertaining but not pandering. I feel educated and excited to watch film after every episode. Thank you guys!
