Short, sweet and to the point
I really enjoyed this brief intro to constructing a cheese plate. Kara asked questions I had been wondering about but never knew whom to ask! I took notes! And I'm going to look for the book when it comes out.

The content is fun and I enjoy it mostly. I cancelled before and am considering cancelling again because the dialog volumes are all messed up. The host volume is consistently low and the guest volume is abrasively loud.

This podcast is incredible. All the tips are incredible and really easy to try out. I use to love cooking but work got in the way and life and everything but since I found this podcast I'm back in the kitchen everyday and it feels great.
