“Reporting blames cc on burning fossils whereas it is CO2 emissions and other GHG that contribute to climate change. This may seem pedantic but this misguided reporting then sends the message that world must convert to 100% renewables which is not possible, as opposed striving for a sensible energy mix. To date the podcast has no mention of how CCS used with burning fossil fuels and DAC is an essential part of addressing climate change. Program seems typical latte swilling claptrap. Sad to waste an opportunity. Renewables are essential but not the silver bullet.”
