Meaningful, empowering
When I found this podcast I wanted to support my ice climbing goals and am really surprised at how relevant this podcast is for people who don’t climb. I’ve been in tech my entire career. I’ve been doing workforce development for over a decade. I’ve supported over 1,000 veterans, minorities, and women with getting work experience in technology so they could get their first or better jobs. I’m not doing as much workforce development these days compared to before, but I’m definitely going to refer this podcast to the smaller groups I support these days. This podcast is meaningful and incredibly empowering.
