Deciding to end a long term relationship is one of the hardest decisions you’ll ever make. It often feels like you’re too far down the rabbit hole to start again, or, like you’ll be going back to square one. Clare Todhunter and I were both news reporters for Sky when she started to question her long term relationship. I had two big break ups in my late 20s and am a big proponent for starting again. A year on from Clare’s break up, she speaks candidly about how she’s settled in to being single and how she and sees the break up as a huge step forward, not backwards.
