An ESSENTIAL resource to support all Coaches!
The Coaching Crowd podcast was a series I stumbled across when studying for my Level 7 Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. I was hooked after 1 episode and quickly returned to the very beginning of the series to absorb all the content that Jo and Zoe were sharing. Every episode offered relevant and pertinent information, experience and advice, all of which aligned perfectly to the ethical standards set so stringently by the recognised coaching accrediting bodies. The series provided a powerful scaffolding within which I could grow alongside the content of my course. Each episode offered a different angle, but all were relevant to the material that we covered during our learning, and in many cases, provided a deeper contextual layer with which to connect. I regularly transcribed the questions both these fabulous ladies shared because of how powerful they were in stimulating traction for my clients. The episodes helped me to envisage the different, common scenarios that most coaches are likely to embrace, and helped to fortify the way that I could approach them as a better, more resilient coach. I cannot recommend The Coaching Crowd highly enough, as an incredible additional resource to that anyone wishing to pursue a career as a coach. The material is ethically and practically ‘on point’ and I remain hungry for more! Thank you Jo and Zoe!
