Necessary listening for the IO profession
Too many of these discussions before this forum were had in closed rooms and meetings where leadership constantly undercut the importance of information as a WFF to our detriment. It is great to see commanders, thought leaders, and practitioners come together in this podcast to generate the debate more in the open. This will help drive the necessity of our services to get better at comprehending information as a main effort in our competition environment. I recommend bringing in junior and mid level practitioners. Of course it is great to get a Flag Officer or SES, or retried FO to come chat but they are normally just bringing the institutional line that is old and inflexible to the necessary changes.

John Bicknell who hosts this podcast does a fantastic job. Well-versed in his subjects and engages the guests with integrity, respect, and a deep curiosity. Deep thoughts await you with this production. I cannot recommend this higher…it is at the top.
