Very interesting and inspiring.
As part of a remote team I find the topics discussed in this podcast very interesting, helpful and inspiring. I love the 1-minute tip which is something that I can just try and build up my own experience. There are a lot of helpful tools which are presented (but not disturbingly promoted) and which I can use wherever I am based - because this is the whole point of the podcast.

Lisette is a great host! She makes great questions and always so positive and keeps the rhythm! She’s doing a great job in bringing up awareness on the things that make thing work when you are working remotely and in distributed teams. Great podcast if you are hunting bests practices on this

There are some gems in here that you will sorely miss if you strike out on your own. I expect it will severely reduce failure chances of new remote workers. The interviews are a bit long winded sometimes, so best sit back and relax.

The podcast covers many aspects of remote (team)work and - through the different Interviewpartners - multiple variations it. If you plan to work remotely, have just started or thunk about letting people to work from remote, a MUST.
