“Guest former federal prosecutor Ankush Khardori deserves a medal for his patience in the face of the podcast host’s ignorance about the immunity decision — roundly considered by legal experts as one of the worst SCOTUS decisions in history and likely to be overturned (joining Dred Scott, etc. in the dustbin). When the host could no longer defend any of his positions supporting the ruling, he defaulted to, “This is just a gut feeling.” Ugh. Newsflash: the Constitution has nothing to do with your bodily constitution.”
