I don’t know how I stumbled upon Sarah Mae’s podcasts but I am so thankful I did! While I have recently heard of Gaslighting, this podcast explains it more clearly than anything I have read. While listening to this episode, I felt like someone crawled into me. I have a word now. All the years of trying to find a way to describe what was happening in my home and could never seem to find the words....now there is a name. You simply can’t spend over almost 25 years in a marriage with a narcissist that gaslights and not have long lasting affects. While much healing has taken place, I am now asking God to show me places that the affect of this trauma is still showing up in my heart and life. I will be listening to this 2 pt. Series again but am also enjoying other podcasts from Sarah Mae!!!! Thank you, Sarah Mae!!!

It is raw and real and gospel centred and has the true heart of Christ woven throughout. It gets you out of your bubble into the unexpected lives of the bravest women and also spurs us on to know we are not alone in our own mess. Thank you for this podcast Sarah ❤️
