Even if you aren’t a believer..
This podcast has lessons for you. I specifically reference the episode between the host and her mother-in-law, two really grounded and compassionate individuals working out and reflecting on life as in-laws. Their relationship inspires me to believe that healthy connections with the family you marry into is a possibility.

I was vaguely familiar with gaslighting but listening to Sarah’s podcast series brought me to tears.
