It’s so easy to see big composer names and revere or disparage them based on personal outlook, but the podcast reminds us that they had (and currently have) lives to live, just as we do. From the pain of rejection in Rachmaninoff’s first symphony to the lifelong struggle of Wagner’s Parsifal, every episode opens up some background into how these works came to be. Definitely worth the listen!”
