58. Playing James Workshop and being the Voice of Warhammer: Steve Conlin chats to The Conclave!
Description
This week we had the brilliant Steve Conlin come on the show to chat all things Warhams!
You probably know Steve best for being the (dashing) face and voice of Warhammer via his role as 'James Workshop', the anthropomorphized version of our plastic-slinging overlords from Nottingham, but he's also given life in Black Library audio dramas to iconic characters including Hamilcar Bear-Eater, Gotrek the Slayer and the Prophet of the Waagh himself, Ghazghkull Mag-Uruk Thraka (you've just got to give him his full name!), among many others.
Tune in as Steve gives us a rundown about what life is like as a voice actor and how he develops both beloved and band new characters to embody them in the studio! We also get a fun insight into Steve's history with the hobby, and why he might be in need of a Gloomspite Gitz painting tutorial in the near future!

Last weeked, Josh, Rezza and Adam were lucky enough to attend the Mortal Realms Reforged event at Warhammer World, and got to enjoy a demo game of both the 'full' game of 4th Edition Age of Sigmar and the cool new game mode, Spearhead, as well as seeing the amazing launch box minis first...
