Lacking an analysis of oppression
I was so excited to listen bc I think this podcast is important - as a society, we need to better understand how to be accountable to those we harm, and how to repair the harm we caused. But this podcast missed the mark - there is no analysis of the work that those who are harmed end up doing to help those who cause harm grow. I think think the podcast would be stronger with some (any) sort of racial/class/privilege/power analysis.

More reviews of The Confessional with Nadia Bolz-Weber
This could be a great podcast if it weren’t for the language. I don’t understand the part of being a Pastor with this type language. It was a disappointment, because this podcast has a great story behind it.

I have never reviewed a pod. But this was a real surprise. Somehow Nadia holds everyone’s deepest confessions with grace and wisdom. I I’m so grateful for Nadias leadership in my life.
