A huge thanks from the great white north
Wow, after seeing you on Youtube and being impressed by your honesty about yourself and your faith I purchased your book Pastrix to learn more about. To be honest, I too am an alcoholic and have struggled for decades with the Christian faith. What I learned from my last 5 years of truly looking within is that people like yourself ( and dear Rachel) are bringing forward the true message and meaning of what it is to be Christian. In a world of us vs them, you are opening the conversation for people to choose another paradigm. One that is full of grace. This podcast with Megan is critical for all sides to hear. Megan and yourself reminds us that there are actual people and each side and that we must develop the ability to extent this grace that this world needs so much of. My takeaway from today is “Empathy does not mean agreeing”. We truly must learn to love those that persecute us. Thanks again for the great work. Looking forward to the next show xo

When he was released from prison four years ago, he anticipated that people would reject him,...Read full review »

Loved it and am looking forward to more. I was moved by her story and the fact that compassion and understanding are what made her feel brave enough to be honest about her own feelings.
