Great concept, but why the F-bombs?
Everyone has baggage of some kind, just some more than others, and everyone, whether they realize it or not, should be in recovery from life. So it’s great that Nadia is sharing these true stories of real people who chose to deal with real life in positive ways. What I don’t get is why she feels obligated to pepper her talk with F-bombs, as if that makes her more relatable. If that’s how she converses, fine, but it’s a turn-off that’s so unnecessary. It would be great if there was some supplemental material on her website to more fully build on what’s covered in the podcasts, such as forgiveness and recovery.

The host and guests are relaxed, makes you feel like you are listening to stories from friends. A little vulgar so maybe don’t listen with kiddos, but definitely give it a try!
