Super excited for this
I stumbled across the Liberation Project with Blair Reynolds and Justin Stumvoll in the midst of dealing with my own issues. I was passive and uninspired—even if others around me wouldn’t have described me in precisely that manner. Justin and Blair were/are instrumental in getting me to be a leader connected to my emotions. But this review isn’t about TLP, it’s about this new podcast with Justin and Abi. I leave a 5-star review this early not because I know Abi or Justin or because I’m trying to do them a favor but because I am supremely confident that this podcast will be raw, challenging, and motivating. My wife and I would listen to TLP and when Abi would come on, my wife loved it. She started following Abi on social media and it made me deeply respect Justin and Abi even more. Summarily, Justin and Abi are wise, transparent (not creepy weird or emotionally manipulative transparent), honest, authentic, and unabashed in who they are even as they attempt to improve themselves. I am thrilled for this podcast and I am sure it will continue to inspire me as I grow and simultaneously improve my marriage. This is a must listen for anyone looking to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life!

Such insight. Incredibly helpful. All of the the giggles and chuckles. These two have helped transform our marriage and let us in on what we just didn’t know about emotions, life and communication.

I love the fact they they don’t filter out anything- they’re so comfortable about sharing their beautiful...Read full review »
