I’ve been quietly battling PMDD for two years (since getting off hormonal birth control) and it has been one of the most excruciating journeys. After opening up about it on social media, I realized there are so many women who are struggling with this and I wanted to bring attention to it so that you (and I) can feel less alone, learn more about how to support yourself during your PMDD and how partners can be as supportive as possible.
