serious fun on a cosmic scale
this podcast puts the most friendly, approachable skin on a topic of astronomical proportions. what Jacinta and Dan do so well is they give a laughing warmth to a field that is light-years beyond the capacity of average souls like me to comprehend. they have so much fun sharing their passion for astronomy that it is hard not to be infected by their enthusiasm. even so, in the midst of all of their joy, they deftly ask probing questions which highlight the ways astronomy impacts our lives on both macrocosmic and quotidian scales. and all this while showcasing the excellent work being done by the community of astrophysicists in Africa!

Jacinta and Dan have such a fun and interesting way of updating the world on the current happenings in South African Astronomy. My favourite is the bonus extras when they are on location at a conference!
