“I love what Alex is doing with this Podcast, but it’s not what it used to be. Yeah, the bombardment I’d pop culture can be fun, but Jack used to have such a diverse range of topics. He’d even get the occasional expert on instead of always having comedians. This meant he could balance the info/humour heaps better, now it’s very much mates sitting around trying to one up each other’s jokes.
Don’t get me wrong, Alex has done great work with this. It’s just very much a tonal shift that started with Jack leaving and was finished with the Great Purge.”
