KID CUDI | ALAN POUL
As a big Kid Cudi fan, his music itself speaks to his audiences, but also produces these visuals and incites imagination within all of us. Then, when he came out with the animated films to coincide with vibrant stories being told, everything seemed to come to life. To hear the inspiration, how it stemmed from reading and breathing these comics, to making his own, is simply gold. “A broad understanding of humanity”: necessary for artistry, for encapsulating written people, their life, their culture, and their language. But, also necessary for being human, having empathy and the ability to accept.
