Now PayPal is the latest entrant, led by the architect of Uber’s ad business Mark Grether. With over a trillion dollars of digital transactions running through PayPal every year, 400 million active accounts, and 35 million merchants on the platform, Grether believes this 360° view differentiates PayPal from the rest of the retail media network market.
